To understand why your best intentions don't show up in your life you must understand how the body's intelligence works. These are the steps:

  1. Dig deep into your own belief system to uncover what negative or limiting belief is getting in your way. Start by stating your fear. Then ask yourself annoying questions till you reach the heart of the matter.   2. Illuminate the nugget - the core belief - then understand how well it has served you. For example, self-doubt was there to keep yourself small which may have had high value at one time. Not any more. Thank and release the belief.
  3. State a positive replacement. These often look like affirmations but you can easily make up one of your own.
  4. Choose one of the many tools that communicate at the theta level to your cells. Either state the affirmation while listening to the sounds or, if you find you fall asleep. then record the statements and play it simultaneously with the music so the words get in with or without you staying awake.
  5. Watch what happens in your life. Repeat when you notice it is necessary.
