Andy Purdy, a former member of the White House staff team that helped to draft the U.S. National Strategy to Secure Cyberspace under President George W. Bush's administration.  Mr. Purdy also served for 3 1/2 years at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's National Cyber Security Division (NCSD) and the U.S. Computer Emergency Readiness Team (US-CERT). During his last two years at DHS he headed the NCSD and US-CERT, in a capacity that has been referred to as the “Cyber Czar” of the United States.
